 Adyghe cheese - 300 gr

 Pumpkin - 500 gr

 Big red sweet pepper - 1 pc.

 Walnuts - 50 gr

 Corn salad - 100 gr

 Pomegranate sauce - 2 tbsp. l

 Soy sauce - 1 tsp

 Pumpkin or olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.

 Butter - 2 tbsp. l.

 Freshly ground black pepper - to taste

 Salt - to taste


 Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel the pumpkin and cut into layers 2–2.5 cm thick. (Instead of pumpkin, you can take potatoes.) Peel the sweet pepper and cut into thick strips. Drizzle pumpkin and pepper with 1 tbsp. l. butter, salt, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake until soft and golden brown, 15-20 minutes, depending on the variety. Then cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces. Chop the nuts so that there are small and large pieces. For dressing, mix pomegranate and soy sauce with remaining pumpkin seed oil. Cut the cheese into cubes with a side of 3 cm and fry in butter. Salt and pepper. Put the root on plates, put warm cheese, pumpkin and pepper on it. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with nuts and serve.

Candies "Raffaello" from kiwi

 The usual candy recipe is a pure fruity-coconut flavor and no sugar, butter, cream, etc. Prepare quickly and delicious!


 kiwi 3 pcs.

 coconut flakes 150 g

 honey 3 tbsp (can be replaced with syrup)

 Peel the kiwi, cut into halves, place in a blender bowl, add coconut and honey. Turn in a blender until smooth.

 From the resulting mass, form balls the size of a walnut.

 Roll in coconut flakes, put in the refrigerator for a few hours.


Persimmon cookies 

 Simple and delicious recipe


 • persimmon - 2 pcs;

 •  ground cinnamon - 0.25 tsp;

 • clarified butter ghee - 50 g;

 • peeled walnuts - 0.5 tbsp;

 • almond flour - 1 tbsp;

 • dough baking powder - 1 tsp;

 • nutmeg - 2 pinches.

 Cooking method:

 ✔️ Rinse the persimmon, remove the skin, remove the seeds and pit and chop the fruit with a grater or blender.

 ✔️ Beat the butter with a mixer

 ✔️Add persimmon puree and chopped walnuts. Stir.

 ✔️Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir the dough, it should turn out viscous, should not flow.

 ✔️ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

 ✔️ Put the dough in a bag, cut off the edge. Line a baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil. Form cookies.

 ✔️Put the cookies in the oven for 25 minutes.

 Red cabbage - 400 gr

 Apple - 1 pc.

 Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

 Chili pepper - ½ tsp

 Walnuts - 50 gr

 Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.

 Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.

 Honey - 1 tsp

 Pepper - to taste

 Salt - to taste



 Prepare the sauce - mix olive oil with honey, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper to taste in a cup. Finely chop the red cabbage, cut the apples into slices, cut the bell pepper into thin strips, cut the chili into rings. Combine the ingredients and add nuts, season with sauce and mix. Add the finished salad with herbs to taste and let it brew for 15 minutes.

 Adyghe cheese (or tofu) - a few slices
